Second LOTV DT card

Ooh, this is seat of the pants stuff!! This is my second LOTV DT card for January; now that's called cutting it fine! I really don't know what happened this month. How did it come to frantically cobbling together a card on Sunday afternoon? I shall do better. No really, I will.
This is the lovely Annabel texting :-)
I really must get to bed! Hope you have a fantastic week. Big hugs, Jayne xx

Bellarific Friday!

Super good morning to you :-) What a week! I may have to ask the vet if I can set up a craft station somewhere in the office as it's becoming a second home!!

I actually managed, amid all the chaos, to get a card made for Bellarific Friday. Yippee :-) This is one of my fave stamps and I've teamed her up with the Craftwork Cards 'More than Words' papers. I'm always proud of myself when I cut into Craftwork Cards papers!!

I am loving these stitched rectangle dies - thank you so much Squirrel xx

Google seems to be eating my followers :-( I saw on fb that I'm not the only one this is happening to so at least it's not personal. I'm getting together some blog candy so watch this space. I can't remember how to do a sticky post so if you know please share!! Remember, I am a computer hidiot so don't get technical! HAHAHA!

We're missing baby ballet this morning as its blowing a total gale :-(  Right, I'm off to have a pretend picnic and make a giant jigsaw :-)  Sending big hugs, Jayne xxx

LOTV new release sneaky peek :-)

Here's my second sneak peek of one of the LOTV new releases. This new set of trios will be released on Thursday 28th January at midday.
Apologies for the dodgy photo! The beautiful papers are from the Butterfly Kisses set from NitWit Collections.
It's really late and I have to be up early for a trip to the vets. Thank you for stopping by, I hope you're having a fab week. Hugs, Jayne x

Up, up and away :-)

A very quick post from me today. I spent the morning at the vets with my little dog as every three weeks it's his chemotherapy treatment. He does really well and takes everything on the chin. He is a super trouper!!

This is Odd Dog from LOTV and I think it may be the first time I've used him! Shame on me. I've teamed him up with Memory Box dies, NitWit Collections papers and those lovely stitched rectangle dies form Squirrel.
Hugs, Jayne xx

Snow Fun!

Did ya get snow at the weekend? We did :-)  Unfortunately our snowman is now a pile of mush in the garden. This image reminded me of my girls at the weekend :-) The image is Merry Kissmass from My Favourite Things. The yummy papers are Snow Family and are the new release from NitWit Collections.
After my dismal effort at Christmas card making last year I have decided to start early this year! Lol!!!!
I'm frozen today - I'm off to make a cuppa before heading off to preschool. Sending hugs, Jayne xxx

Sneaky Peek of a new LOTV release!

LOTV are set to release some more beautiful trio stamps at the end of the month. Sneaky peeks can be found on the Design Collective blogs :-)
I've used the Craftwork Cards More than Words papers again. Super yum!
My little girl is poorly and I haven't had much sleep in the last couple of nights. My crazy levels have sky-rocketed; tissues put in the fridge, dog food in my soup - I really need some sleep!!!

I've been asked to by a friend to make another get well box card like the one underneath so it's going to be a busy day of crafting and nursing!!
Wrap up warm and have a fab day. Super hugs, Jayne xx

Stampingbella Challenge

I'm playing along with the Stampingbella Challenge this week :-) They have a fab sketch and I figured that might be just the thing to jiggle a waning mojo! My daughter decided to play along too and so at breakfast she made a card - because when else would you make a card? I'm not always up to frantic card making before 7am!!!!!

So here is Indigo's card using Maisy and Madeline have some tea ( a beautiful Christmas present from the very lovely Annette :-)  ).
I think she did a fab job! You should've seen her rifling through all my papers - even those I don't use (you know, the ones you just look at and stroke!)

I used Uptown Couple Emily and Ryan under the umbrella) with the More than Words papers from Craftwork Cards.
See, I used those lush stitched rectangle dies again :-)
Love this image :-)

Hope that you're all having a fabulous week. Sending hugs to all xxx

Super happy :-)

Before Christmas I found out I'd come runner up in the Papercraft Essentials Papercrafter of the Year Competition. I'd actually organised myself to make a couple of things especially for this competition and was really happy to have got somewhere!! The winner was Sandra Rayner and her entry was stunning :-) The magazine made my cards look lovely :-) !!!

As I may have mentioned, my mojo has most definitely done a bunk and I'm struggling a bit. I did, however, manage to make 3 cards this week. Get me! Ok, so they all look the same but I won't show them all on the same day so just pretend you haven't realised!!!! Lovely Squirrel bought me some stitched rectangle dies for Christmas - ooooh they are so scrummy. I also downloaded 'Butterfly Kisses' from NitWit Collections and new stash always makes me giddy ;-)
Really love this Stampingbella stamp - I treated myself to a few of their stamps and I'm so glad I did :-)
I think we're off for a soggy walk in the park :-)  Have a super day. Biggest hugs, Jayne xxx

Hmm, I'm adding this next photo because Mr Linky at Stampingbella won't let me post two images from the same post! Gosh, technology confuses me!
Mwah xxxx

A card at last!!!!

There came a point over the last few weeks when I never thought I'd be well enough to make another card! Finally, I feel a bit better but my mojo is lost. I made this card which is very similar to one I made for the Papercraft Essentials Cardmaker of the Year competition.

I've used Stampingbella 'Uptown Girl Brittany the Birthday Girl' - she's def one of my favourites! I also used some of the newish Sara Davies Collection dies from Crafter's Companion. Super yum.
I'm determined to post more this year; last year was dismal!
I also made a box:
I'm hoping to teach making these in a class in February.

I really hope that you had a fab Christmas and New Year. Sending hugs, Jayne xx
