Summer hols at last!

At last the school year is done and happily this year has been a joyous one for my older daughter. After the misery of last year, this year she had a teacher who worked super hard to get the best out of her. She is a wonderful lady and my daughter has been very lucky to have been in her class. The report she wrote for my daughter was beautiful and it made me cry - in a good way ;-)

This is the card I made for her - the gem must have been jiggled off course when my daughter wrote the card!
The perfect image is from DigiStamp Boutique and is Thank you Rosie. The papers are from NitWit Collections and are from the Flower Shoppe collection. The cute little Thank You stamp is from Dreamees - it is part of a really cute set of sentiment stamps :)

It's been such a tiring day - had a hospital visit which is no way to start the Summer hols! The good news is I now have a diagnosis and it isn't what I feared! Exhale :)

Thank you for visiting, I really appreciate it. Jayne xx

Aaah what a lovely card, for a teacher that obviously deserves it, glad to hear your daughter had a better teacher this year - it makes life so much easier when they do, i know as my 7 year old ended up moving schools, because of the teacher he had last year.

Glad to hear your diagnosis, i'm sure such a weight off of your shoulders, Luv Sam x

Awesomely cute and pretty card hun, even with the wayward gem (mine are all doing that in this heat) and well done to Teach for giving Beastie a good year!
Good news about the ol' you-know-what too, relief all round.
Huggies xx

What a lovely card, Jayne...bet Mrs. Heywood loved it. Some people overlook the importance of a good teacher. Please give your little one a pat-on-the-back for receiving a good report.

So glad your hispital visit didn't bring bad news.

Hugs,
Jennifer. x
